Shipping Terms
I. Order Processing
We ship from our warehouse in the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped on the same day.
II. Delivery Time
After shipment, the estimated delivery time is 2 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the carrier's delivery status. You can track your package in real time using the tracking number we provide. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days, but your order will still be shipped on the last business day before the holiday.
III. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed on the checkout page.
Free shipping is available for some items or orders reaching a certain amount. Please see the product details page or promotional rules for details.
Additional remote area delivery fees may apply to delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or other overseas island regions. Please carefully check the estimated shipping costs before placing your order.
IV. Important Notes for Receiving Goods
Please inspect the goods before signing for them. Bedside tables are fragile items and may be damaged during transportation.
Upon signing for the goods, please check the outer packaging for damage. If you find any damage, deformation, or water stains on the outer packaging, please open the box and inspect the product itself. If you find any quality issues caused by transportation, such as cracks, severe scratches, or missing accessories, please refuse to accept the package and contact customer service immediately. Once you sign for the package, it is considered that the product is intact, and the buyer is responsible for any appearance problems that occur afterward.
If you entrust someone else to sign for the package on your behalf, please inform them to check it according to the above procedure.
V. Delivery Method
We use our partner logistics companies (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) for delivery by default. Standard delivery is door-to-door delivery (for apartments or office buildings, delivery is usually to the front desk or mailroom, excluding carrying upstairs and installation services).
